Full payment of the carpet and fitting must be made before delivery or fitting date.
Cancellation
Stock - If we have ordered carpet on your behalf, a fee of 25% will be charged for any new stock ordered but no longer required.
Fitting - A full refund on fitting costs will be made if cancelled 7 days prior to fitting date, 50% refund up to 48 hours prior to fitting. If less than 48 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge the full fitting fee and no refund will be made.
Delivery
We assume you will be available on the agreed day to accept delivery. If we attempt a delivery and no one is at home, we reserve the right to charge a second delivery fee for a return visit.
Fitting
All rooms must be clear of furniture and equipment. If existing furniture has not been cleared and poses a problem to our fitters, they have our authority to refuse to fit and leave site.
The Sales of Goods Act applies to both new and used items. The law does say that "you must consider the price paid and, if necessary, be prepared to lower your expectations". All refurbished stock is clearly marked and staff will highlight if your purchase includes a refurbished item.
